Enrolling onto the PAP Project: Next Steps...

STEP 1 - REGISTER YOUR INTEREST

In order to participate in the Project, we will need more information about you & those in your organisation who wish to enrol. Please do so by filling out this spreadsheet individually, if you are enrolling on your own or collectively with your team. After you have done this, send it to papadmin@dpglaw.co.uk, and we'll enrol you in the e-learning course.  You'll receive an email directly telling you how to login. To access our PAPs, you will need you to complete our e-learnings.

Your organisation will also need to ensure that everyone involved in the scheme understands and agrees that only people who have done the training prepare the PAPs, and that each of the PAP letters will be checked with DPG solicitors before being sent. Please ask the person who can provide this formal agreement on behalf of your organisation to email : pap@dpglaw.co.uk confirming that this is agreed upon.

STEP 2 - COMPLETE THE TRAINING

The e-learning course takes around five hours to complete, and can be done at any time. The learning is split into different courses, and each course has an assessment module at the end to ensure that the issues are understood. If you know about the topic, you can skip to the end  and just do the assessment.

STEP 3 PREPARE THE PAPS !

Upon completion of your e-learnings, please contact papadmin@dpglaw.co.uk, who will give you the password to access the precedent letters on the website. The letters should be downloaded afresh each time a PAP is done as we update them regularly. They should then be completed and sent to pap@dpglaw.co.uk and a solicitor will then check it and send it back to you with any amendments. We try to reply within a couple of hours, but if you need a quicker reply please mark it urgent.

From time to time we have online events via Eventbrite, where our solicitors will talk about the scheme, recent development, and to give an opportunity to participants ("fellow pappers") to share information with colleagues. We also provide email updates from time to time.
